Small requests stay small.

| Request | What the agent does |
| --- | --- |
| A question | Reads the page and answers. Nothing changes. |
| A small edit | Reads the catalogs it needs, makes the edit, runs mind_test. |
| A feature on an existing package | Walks only the phases for that feature. |
| A new graphic package | Walks every phase, 0 to 8, then mind_test. |
| Something Glider cannot do | Explains why and what is possible. |
