- Dark theme only — this is a control-room tool used beside a multiviewer.
- One writer per store path, enforced rather than resolved.
- Control panels never composite to air, whatever their visibility.
- Secrets cannot be read back after saving.
- No suppression flag on the pre-flight checks.
- No permission model: anyone who can reach the editor can edit any page.
- Last-write-wins on concurrent edits, except rundown take state, which merges.
