Building a running order.

A page holds one or more playlists; one is active at a time. A playlist is an ordered list of items, each pointing at a workflow — the thing you take on and off.

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| New PlayList / Delete PlayList | Manage playlists. Double-click the name to rename. |
| Available column | Every workflow not yet in the playlist. With something selected on the canvas, the workflow that animates it is pre-picked. |
| Add / Add all | Move workflows into the playlist. |
| Remove / Remove all | Take them out again. |
| Move up / Move down | Reorder the selected row. |

> **Not everything belongs in the rundown:** Items omitted from the rundown stay on air — an identity bug or a ticker does not need a row. Listed items take in and out without hiding siblings on other overlay channels.
