# Sessions & Sharing: Two people, one page

> What happens when edits collide.

Glider documentation · Automation & API · Web page: https://cgglider.com/docs/sessions/conflicts/

Sections of this page: [Sessions](https://cgglider.com/docs/sessions.md) · [Sharing](https://cgglider.com/docs/sessions/sharing.md) · [Two people, one page](https://cgglider.com/docs/sessions/conflicts.md)

- Writes are last-write-wins; there is no merge for scene edits.
- Rundown take state is an exception: editor and server state are merged, so an edit elsewhere does not take a graphic off air.
- A page loaded in two editors will overwrite in whichever order the saves land.
- Checkpoints and revert are the recovery path — see the Page menu.

> **Warning:** During a show, one editor. Build on a duplicate and swap the pages between items rather than editing what is on air.
