The editor misbehaving.
| Symptom | Cause and fix |
|---|---|
| A style edit does not show | In dev, the server sometimes serves globals.css late. Touch the file to force a rebuild rather than debugging the cascade. |
| A tab is struck through in red | Its target was deleted. Close it. |
| A component will not select | The node or its scene is locked. Unlock it in the Scene Panel. |
| Undo does not go back far enough | History holds 100 steps, and a whole drag is one step. |
| A field will not accept typing | It is bound. Unbind it to restore a static value. |
| The canvas drags sluggishly | Heavy filters, or a busy scene — only the 60 nearest elements act as snap targets, but every node still renders. |
| Tabs did not come back after a reload | Layout is stored per page in localStorage; a private window or cleared site data loses it. |
