How Agents Work

Triage, nine phases and the mind test.

From question to rundown.

  1. 0 — Can this be done? An honest check before anything is built.
  2. 1 — Research and decisions: questions, references, the key visual palette.
  3. 2 — Components and hierarchy: scenes, groups, components and their names.
  4. 3 — Styling and positioning, from the key visual.
  5. 4 — Animations: one workflow per graphic, in and out clips, staggers, play each clip.
  6. 5 — Data and pollers: named keys with defaults, sampled APIs, secrets.
  7. 6 — Units: clocks, counters and formatters, each exercised.
  8. 7 — Bindings: everything painted, visibility inverted correctly, text tested for overflow.
  9. 8 — Rundown: items per workflow on the right channels, rehearsed and run.
