Every adjustable option, where it is stored, and who it affects.
Version, data folder, services, access and status.

Data folder
The folder that holds pages (data/) and page files (public/). In the desktop app the folder button picks another one. If the current folder already holds Glider files, Glider asks first: the files are not moved, so copy them to the new folder yourself to keep using them. The choice is kept outside the data folder (data-folder.json in the app-data folder) and takes effect when Glider restarts. A browser or a development server reads GLIDER_DATA_ROOT where the server starts instead.
When an environment variable is set where Glider starts, its row is locked and says so. Changing machine settings needs the access token when one is set. Agent CLIs (GLIDER_LOCAL_AGENTS) and the agent time limit (GLIDER_AGENTIC_TIMEOUT_MS) are set only where Glider starts.
