Rules the stylesheet applies everywhere.

• One focus treatment for the whole editor: a 1 px accent outline with 1 px offset on :focus-visible.
• Numeric readouts use tabular figures so they do not jitter as values change.
• prefers-reduced-motion turns transitions off and collapses animations to near-zero — and caps iteration count, so a blinking caret settles rather than strobing.
• The canvas viewport reserves its scrollbar gutter, so showing a scrollbar never shifts the design.
