Rundown

Durations, countdowns and auto-advance.

• A row with a duration gets an advance time when taken; the countdown bar runs against it, updating every 50 ms.
• At zero, auto-Next fires — unless Manual mode is on.
• A duration of 0 means hold: the row stays until someone takes the next one.
• Take-out sets a hide time rather than hiding immediately, so the out animation can finish.
• Both the Output tab and the live page re-render when a hold or an auto-advance expires.
